Closing the Bones is a slow, intentional, ceremonial practice that uses touch, wrapping, rhythm and sound to support the body’s natural ability to reorganise and return to balance.

Wrapping and gentle compression with 100% cotton rebozos, placed around the head, shoulders, ribs, hips, legs and feet to create safety and containment.
Drumming, rattling, sound and energy work – interwoven with moments of deep stillness to support regulation, release and integration.
Through wrapping, rhythm and stillness, the body is supported to gather energy back in, settle deeply and restore a sense of wholeness and ease.
