The Lineage of the Makers
Paka Shahu is the daughter of Pajé Pekarasu (Pekã Rasu), a revered spiritual leader, chief, and traditional healer.
Pekarasu studied under his legendary grandfather, Pajé Tata, from a young age. He completed the highest Yawanawá spiritual initiations and isolation diets by age 17. Today, he anchors his community, preserving ancient plant medicine wisdom and traditional Saiti chants.
